HOPE Group Anniversary Logo

Established in 1997, HOPE Group was inspired by a young boy named James, who was diagnosed with Autism at the age of two. Today HOPE Group provides behavioral health services to those diagnosed with developmental and neurological disorders, including individuals affected by autism spectrum disorder. All of HOPE Group’s programs are based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) and grounded in evidence-based practices.

HOPE Group offers families and schools access to comprehensive evaluations and intensive behavior supports. In addition, respite care services are available. HOPE Group is a qualified vendor with the Arizona Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), and accepts most private insurance. HOPE Group aims to maximize the potential in all children with developmental disabilities and neurological disorders.

With approximately 500 employees throughout the state of Arizona, HOPE Group serves 600 families each year.  They have 27 licensed behavioral analysts, the most of any organization in the state!

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (NYSE: AJG) announced the acquisition of Bagnall in December 2016.  Bagnall immediately began operating as a subsidiary of Gallagher Benefit Services (GBS), a division of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co.  Bagnall will assume the parent company name on July 1, 2017.  The merger marks the first branch focused on employee benefits, human resource and wellbeing consulting for Arthur J. Gallagher in Arizona.
